Betapak are an island based company & are such a great support to island based businesses. They are friendly, extremely helpful and go the extra mile to find products for you. I have used Betapak for 3 years & they have been nothing but professional and very competitive on prices. I highly recommend them.

Unbelievably incompetent. They had my coffee machine in for repair for nearly four months, I lost count of all the different excuses I was given: the parts were lost in the post, they were the wrong parts, it's the pandemic etc. When I went back to collect the machine they couldn't find it, eventually it was located in a cardboard box in pieces. How does a company like this stay in business? Avoid at all costs.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! I have been with betapak for a long time and I have been a good paying customer and I spend sometimes over 200 month regularly. But all fell apart when I started having bank issues and the crisis in the uk where everythings going up and energy crisis we struggled so much. Now even though betapak was patient a little for couple of months putting the bill back each month which I am thankfull for, but they took my 1000 credit account from me for a crisis in the uk that was not my fault nor was the bank issues this made me incredibly angry and frustrated. I have now paid my bill all which I always do but they never even tried to keep me as a customer or even gave me my 1000 credit account back or apologise or even thanked me for the bill being fully paid could not give a toss at all. I dont normally write reviews but I felt so angry and hurt I had to do it. I would not recommend them at all please go with another business you will thank me for it as there are plenty of other better businesses out there.
