        From the minute we called ( very early morning ) to the moment we picked up our beautiful boy, who was taken from us far too early, the compassion and professionalism was amazing. Vicky you really are an amazing person and you just knew what we were feeling . Thankyou for the little extras, the doggy nose print is just adorable and these little things have made all the difference to me and my daughter who lost her beloved Buzz. Thankyou both
