What a lovely morning that was. It wasnt just a yoga class..you created a whole experience which was just so rejuvenating. The instruction was perfect and the food just spot on. I have just told my sister about it and she may be coming next time you are in Awbridge..I certainly will!

I recently went to one of Kates Sunday yoga brunchs with a friend. The yoga practise was really lovely, gentle, peaceful but challenging and I especially enjoyed the different breathing techniques at the end of the session. The brunch was delicious!!! The brunch involved yummy chai or coffee and the 4 course brunch was beautifully prepared and served, it kept me full all day. Thank you, Ill be back!
