Chandlers Ford Car and Van Centre

Called these guys in regards to an A45 they've had advertised for over 6 weeks, with general and basic questions. Firstly they did not response to any of my online enquiries for 2 weeks. So I decided to call, and was told id get a call the following morning. They called, and the guy on the other end was extremely rude. I asked him basic questions since im interested in a car that id probably pay 27k for. Hes hesitating to answer the questions, and questioning why I am asking questions. I told him that its not a way to speak to customers to which I got such a hostile reply. Would never recommend these guys to anyone. No wonder they have not sold this car

its a shame that i cannot put 0 star but nvm,well i had a very bad experience on that garage,i went with my 2008 coupe bmw to do part exchange for a bmw 2005 estate 325i ,we agreed that he could fix everything on the car including the faulty sunroof,so i paid the difference and waiting for the car to get ready,altho after i been waiting for 9 days i called him today to find out why my new car isn't ready yet and he said that the sunroof is gonna cost 1000 and he cannot get it fixed as we agreed,so i had to cancel the deal as he was totally dishonest,and the worst part is that the car is still advertised without mentioning the major fault that it has on the sunroof,just be careful if you go on that garage,
