This business is listed on Red Letters as an experience you can use a voucher for. I was very excited to do this, however when I emailed to try and book, I received a very blunt and rude response saying 'we don't accept these vouchers'. When I asked why they are listed on the website, in that case (since that is false advertising), I was told to speak to the seller. Not a single apology for the inconvenience, no attempt to set it right, just a rude response that shifted all responsibility. Couldn't quite believe it, to be honest. Unfortunately I would not support someone with this manner of customer service.

I went to my first Biologique Recherch facial to Jo and I absolutely loved it! I'm so pleased I finally found her. Jo is very professional, kind, beautiful soul inside out. I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed my facial with her. My skin felt great after and I can't wait to see her again. Jo's hands and years of experiences are great combinations of magic touch. Jo's technical skill at massage cannot be overestimated - she is a true magician, targeting pain and shooing it away in a gentle and relaxing way. She knows everything about skin care, being a true master and expert of her field. The clinic is a relaxing, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated place to have your aches and pains melted away. I will be going back regularly!

I recently had some massages to treat a severe TMJ which was very painful. It worked incredibly well in just 2 sessions, reducing pain and avoiding any further medical treatment for the time being. Jo can remove your muscle knots without you feeling too sore the next day (usually it would be very painful!). Jo is able to treat many areas of the body with a whole body approach so that not just the painful area, but any areas that contribute to the pain, are treated.

Ive been seeing Jo for the last few months now to help reduce the redness in my face for my upcoming wedding. With regular facials and changing my skincare routine there is definitely a noticeable difference- even my fianc commented on it (unprompted I should add!).
