As a disabled old aged pensioner I wish to complain in the strongest possible terms about the way the man in this shop treated me.
I was sold a pair of laces that were too long and they wouldn't exchange them because I had opened the packet!
I could have tripped over and broken my neck and they could not have cared less.
I have complained to the manufacturer about their appaling service and total lack of goodwill.
No wonder we are losing shops on the high street
