        Alan (Service Manager) & Carole (Admin) helped me resolve an unfortunate problem - an undated Gas Safety Certificate. With just hours to go before a new Tenant took hold of the keys, NHP Romsey acknowledged their mistake and paid the costs of a 3rd Party to issue a replacement Certificate. Professional ... personal ... efficient.

        Awful do not use. Completely rude, broke things rather than fixed them and then refused to come and fix what they had broken - oh and charge rediculous prices
