Novare plumbing installed a water softener for us. I was absolutely clueless about what system we needed but Dan provided extremely helpful and professional advice as to what system would best meet our familys' needs. Novare installed the water softener in a timely manner and we were really impressed by their professionalism as well as their tidiness (very important to us!). I was a bit concerned about losing storage space under the sink, and unbeknown to us, a new shelf was built out of the one they removed which was amazing! We've now had the softener installed for over 2 months and we are extremely impressed with the results. We will definitely be using Novare again in the future. Thanks you!

Dan and his team at Novare stripped our old shower and bathroom unit and installed new. Including installing a new velux and sliding door. They were professional, tidy, creative, responsive and generally a fabulous team to work with. They helped come up with new ideas for other areas of our house, and thought through potential issues before they came up. I would highly recommend Novare Plumbing and will be using them again. Having met with several building/bathroom installers, on meeting Dan from Novare, I could sense straight away that he had an understanding of what I was hoping to achieve with my complete bathroom renovation. What started out as a collection of moodboard images, was executed meticulously with Dan's practical and high quality driven approach, resulting in an outcome that I could not be happier with. Dan's commitment to the project was evident right from the start, as we liaised back and forth on product and material suggestions, during which time, nothing was too much trouble. On starting the project, it was reassuring to be consulted throughout on developments and decisions, however I was also confident that the entire Novare team would deliver on my expectations with little intervention. From the standard of the workmanship across the trades - carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrics, and of course, project management - to the attention to detail, I could not fault the Novare team. Dan has even returned a good month post completion to install some bathroom accessories as a finishing touch to ensure that the overall quality of the project is upheld. Lastly, I wanted to mention, that as a female living alone, and having met a number of tradespeople throughout my now year-long house renovation, while the quality of the end result is key, it has been of equal importance to me to find people that I feel comfortable having in my home, which for a project such as this, was for a reasonable amount of time. Dan and the Novare team could not have been more courteous and considerate, which again, is why I have and will happily recommend Novare to family and friends, and to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking and friendly team who deliver on their promises and more.
