Super impressed with this company! Every little detail is addressed right from the initial phone call to kitchen completion. The staff really deliver an exceptional service. We are delighted with our kitchen. The taller height units are perfect for our tall family and working in the kitchen is just so easy. Getting a quality kitchen and service is very affordable from Kutchenhaus, and I highly recommend them.

Our journey with Kutchenhaus began just around the New Year when (funnily enough) an Instagram ad showing their range of beautiful kitchens caught our eye. From then on, the process was pretty smooth, from the first showroom visit in Romsey end of January, through to the delivery of the kitchen in June that same year. The team in the showroom (Sam and Iain) couldn't have been more courteous and helpful and the workmen who built our kitchen - James and Connor were the loveliest and most skilful of tradespeople. We trusted them sufficiently to be able to leave them at work in our home whilst we went out. James in particular, was so knowledgable when it came to fixtures, fittings and design, giving us us so many ideas as to how we could improve the look and feel of the rest of our house to complement our new kitchen. When it came to Finances Iain was on hand patiently talking us through every step of the process with their payment plan, and we really appreciated his problem-solving skills. Last but not least the kitchen itself is great quality - it delivers on both appearance and functionality, making an impact that's impressive, not ostentatious. Says it all really for Kutchenhaus! With having a chef in the house, we wanted a kitchen that looked lovely, but was usable as ours gets a lot of use! We were recommended Kutchenhaus Romsey. I had never heard of it but willing to give it a go, as I was not 'wow'd' by any others I had seen. Husband was a little reluctant (as he always is!) but I could not get him out of there. There was so much to see and the quality was a cut above the rest. The customer service from start to finish was amazing. We never once felt pressured - this is clearly because the product sells itself. Sam really looked after us in the show room and gave us lots of ideas. We knew this was the where we were getting our kitchen from after only being in there a short time. We went back at a later date and Iain designed the kitchen for us on the computer. We knew roughly what we wanted but Iain was able to tell us what would be best in terms of gaining maximum space etc. It was good to have someone to give us alternative Ideas. The final plan came and it looked amazing. James and Connor who fitted the kitchen were lovely guys. Nothing was too much trouble and their workmanship was impeccable (I'm quite fussy!) We were able to have a good laugh and despite the dust from taking walls down, I really enjoyed them being here. I would definitely recommend Kutchenhaus Romsey as the experience from start to finish was perfect. Thankyou Kutchenhaus! We have the kitchen we always wanted at a great price.
