        Amy and her team are so professional, great fun and consistently get the best out of me, each workout. Amy's gym has everything you could wish for and the green equipment (helping generate electricity naturally) is an inspired idea, especially for environmentally conscious people like me. I cannot recommend this gym more highly enough.

        The friendliest, most down to earth and professional gym I have ever been to (and I'm old so I've been to a lot!) Amy knows her stuff and walks the talk, but she isn't aloof like some PTs. Great atmosphere and cares about the environment too which is a big plus.
