I am so impressed by DW Auto; I turned up with no appointment, thinking I just needed a new indicator bulb. Oh no - turns out I had no rear left lights at all! And since Im due to return to France on Monday, and will be driving home in the dark, I absolutely need my lights. The problem was quickly identified; the connections were cleaned up and all lights now function. All, with good humour and complete professionalism; I couldnt be more grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend this auto repair workshop. Service: Electrical

Very poor communication. I had to chase constantly to even know if the work was going to happen. At the end of the day when I went to go in person to find out what was going on (not even knowing for sure if the work was done despite asking for and having been promised updates) I arrived after my half hour walk to find the gates locked and no way to enter despite Google saying the business was open until 7pm, and the owner not having told me he was going home without finishing my car. Luckily I happened to persist and find some other people on the industrial estate who led me to my car which was parked, key in ignition in a different lot to where I expected it to be! Distinctly unimpressed by the unprofessional lack of communication, and feel deeply uncomfortable with the lack of information regarding my car's whereabouts and accessibility.
