Pearl Mechanical Services

So after having what could be best described as a run of bad luck with our cars, my wife's car's engine light came on, I was recommended by another local mechanic to go see the guys at Pearl Mechanical as we felt it might be a DPF issue. I rang Pearl and asked if I could get the car seen as soon as possible, they said they were full that day but could try and do it that morning if I could get it too them, it was very clear when I arrived that they were extremely busy to the point it was hard to even get into their yard, the mechanic then ran diagnostic's and did somethings on his computer and told me to drive for a short while to see if it was what he thought it was, I did this and true enough it was exactly what he thought it was and to my absolute delight the car was fixed! he then charged me almost nothing! In a time when in all honesty life was getting really difficult these guys showed that there are good people in this world, they didn't have to look at our car as it was clear that put them out and then to do it all for such little money was extremely kind of them, I can't recommend them highly enough. as my mum would say clearly a bunch of "Good eggs". I'm so grateful to Paul and his team for helping me out when I broke down in-between Christmas and New Year. Paul helped me find a tow truck, sent me an itemised quote before proceeding with the work, regularly updated me with progress and got the work done ahead of schedule. Faultless. Thanks again!
