        DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Charged us a fortune (650) for an 8 yard skip, which was to be placed on the road. They informed us they would take care of the permit and would cover us for 28 days. Called us back 3 days later to say due to an internal error they had only done a 1 week permit and it would cost us an additional 120 + VAT per week. We refused as frankly, this isn't our issue and we felt we'd already paid a lot for the skip and they confirmed with us the skip and permit would be for 4 weeks. They eventually extended for 1 week and then collected the skip. They are now trying to say there was a fridge in our skip and it will cost an additional 120+ VAT to dispose of it, except there is no fridge in our waste. Total con merchants, just trying to get every single penny they can with no care for customer service or honouring their contracts. Services: Construction debris removal, Waste recycling
