Dave answered my email query promptly, and was then able to attend my house the same day. After a conversation and initial assessment, where Dave was able to spot within seconds why i was getting no signal. I was happy to take the advice and have our ancient dish replaced, with new bracket and LMB. Dave was friendly and polite, and the information provided was honest and fair, with recommendations to suit my budget. Replacement was quick, and tidy, and well worth it. Thanks very much Dave for getting me out of a real bind, very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this level of service to anyone.

Dave & Dave went above & beyond to restore our tv signal. The 30+ year old aerial had "ceased to be" leaving us without TV & dangerously close to actually having to speak to each other! The Daves responded promptly to our enquiry, arrived at the agreed time and swiftly re-purposed our redundant Sky dish (not used for years) to install Freesat. They returned to sort out a couple of glitches and didn't charge for this even though the fault was NOT of their making. The Daves are friendly, cheerful, professional and experienced, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them
