I ordered a selections of wine for a good friends in the UK. It was supposed to arrive on the 15 Dec 2022 .I notified the Co soon after and was told they would trace the order. I have not heard back as to the status. I have used the service a lot in the past years so time to put in a claim for the return of my monies and to avoid such poor and unreliable service.

This Christmas I ordered presents for two of my sons to be delivered before Christmas. Despite receiving order confirmations I subsequently learned that neither order was delivered then further enquiry revealed that one delivery was given to a complete stranger, later his name and address confirmed, who denied receipt and so I remain out of pocket and my son without a Christmas Present. Late also the second order was declared to have an invalid delivery address when my Son has lived at that address for more than Five years and ihampers even delivered to him last year. I am out of pocket, have two unhappy sons and am disgusted with the customer service ethos of this organisation.

Sent as a Christmas present to our Aunt in a rural part of Wales. Excellent selection. She loved her hamper.
