We visited this tea room on Friday as the place we normal go to was unable to accommodate four of us. Real shame as this place was extremely expensive. This person serving us was rude to me not once but twice. Not the kind of service I expect to be honest. Bad service is not the way to get repeat custom. I will not be visiting this tea room. Much better service in Romsey.
