        Highly recommended, took a few sessions to unfreeze a very painful shoulder joint which couldn't be raised above 90 degrees despite a gloomy hospital radiologist saying I would be stuck with it.

        Emily was brilliant and took plenty of time to understand my problem. She didn't recommend expensive treatments but gave me exercises to manage the problem myself.

        Sue was absolutely wonderful during my second pregnancy and kept me off crutches - I just wish I'd known about her the first time around. Steve is equally as brilliant and sorted my shoulder in just a few appointments. Couldn't recommend highly enough

        TOTALLY BRILLIANT! I have suffered from chronic hip pain for several years and seen a number of physiotherapists and a Consultant Hip Specialist at Bournemouth, but to no avail. I finally found Sue Mills who, it has to be said, has rejuvenated me. Her Neuromuscular Activation therapy has made me 95% better within a few weeks. She has such a great understanding of how different parts of the body interact with each other, and she explains what she is doing as she goes along. The results are pretty much instantaneous and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her Activation worked for me when nothing else did.
