Boots Opticians

I have been with Boots Opticians in Romsey for many years for contact lenses and glasses, and since it has moved into the larger store the whole experience has really improved. I did have issues when they first opened but now the staff are increased and up to speed it really is an excellent store. I saw Catherine the optometrist who is very thorough and professional and explains things well. I find choosing new glasses quite stressful but Charlie was very helpful (and very patient!) as to what suited and didnt. I saw Charlie for the collection and also to buy sunglasses and every time he has been pleasant and helpful, as are all the staff.

My children have received eye tests at the Boots opticians. I was very impressed with the friendly service and the reassuring manner of staff which made my children feel very comfortable. Yesterday I popped into the store as the pin had come loose in my glasses and despite my efforts to fix it, I had no success. Page and Charlie were very accomodating and managed to fix the problem. Both were friendly and courteous. What wonderful service!

Amazing customer service from all. Indy that carried out my eye-test was so attentive and knowledgable. Listened and gave great advice. Jon & Charlie also super. Jon greeted and helped with the initial part of the test. Very friendly and personable. Charlie went beyond my request of tightening my glasses by giving them a nice clean up too. A great team.

What amazing service I received at Boots in Romsey today. Absolutely faultless. This was my first visit/appointment. For an eye test at this particular branch. I was seen by Grace who carried out my eye test. She was very pleasant, confident and very informative. I was then referred to a lovely lady called Tracy. Her patience and helpfulness was brilliant. Whilst I choose my new frames (I can be quite indecisive too). Also from past experiences I have sometimes felt rushed in choosing. Not this time it was so lovely to feel relaxed whilst choosing. I felt Tracy had fantastic customer service. Possibly the best I have ever had. Tracy was also informative with choices with my new lens. I came away as a very satisfied customer. Look forward to going back to collect my new glasses soon. *****
