        Emma, the mortgage advisor at Connells, is a breath of fresh air. Not only does she take the strain of purchasing a property, she uses plain English and is very informative whilst finding me the best deal. She is currently helping with my mortgage application and mortgage protection products. Great service from a great lady. Won't use anyone else.

        Connells Estate Agents in Romsey, or more specifially, Claire, was the saving grace of 2022. My home had been on the market for over eight months when it was taken on by Connells. By that time i'd become fraught with anxiety and stress. Claire not only assisted me as an agent - successfully selling my home - but calmed me down, on a human level. Her genuine care is a credit to the Romsey branch. Well done.

        I cannot recommend the Connells Romsey team enough. I recently purchased a property through them and theyve assisted every step of the way. Ryan has been a great help when we ran into some issues with our solicitors.

        Thus far I have only used Connells, Romsey to come and value my property. However I was pleasantly surprised and MOST impressed with the service that they appear to offer, which in part appeared a little different to the norm! John's suggestion of taking a photo of our conservatory and garden at night to pop into the glossy brochure seemed such a great idea. So obvious really when you consider viewings are normally done during the daytime! John was indeed both knowledgable and friendly. It was very re-assuring to discover that any potential buyers would be financially checked first by Connells and also that company appear to have a very flexible attitude to their charging structure. FIVE STARS!
