        Really impressed with service. Have entered the world of Smart Door Lock. I researched the market and I opted for one of the HP Simpled range. Doug expertly installed this new locking system, on my not installer friendly composite door. I'm really glad I did not attempt this myself and really pleased I opted for ACQ to do this for me. Would recommend to anyone

        Phenomenal! Had my door unlocked before I could blink! Incredibly friendly, helpful and informative. Their response time was also impressive! This is now my go-to locksmith, couldn't recommend them more!

        Superb response and a very cost effective repair, rather than an expensive replace of our patio door lock. I have no hesitation recommending ACQ Locksmiths Romsey!!

        An elderly relative who lives alone had a problem with locking her front door. Dougie came out swiftly and fixed her lock and provided new keys. My relative was anxious about somebody visiting but she did tell me Dougie was very nice, friendly, caring and did a first class job at a good price. If she's happy, so am I!
