I seeked Daniel Cottrells advice after dealing with a tricky gentleman (a bit of a bully) in relation to a shared freehold dispute. From the first moment I spoke with him, my stress levels reduced and I felt in control of the situation again. He was very supportive, thorough and generous with his time. Our initial conversation on the phone was 15 minutes, I offered him payment as he had already been so helpful but he refused until I had sent him over the full details of the case for him to review properly before giving me an estimate of costs. He ended up doing far more work for the amount he charged us which I actually ended up feeling bad about!
