DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Girl on the phone in customer service is nothing but rude and useless! My parcel was not delivered and I had to chase them 5 times to put a claim in with Royal Mail. It took 3 weeks to do this. They then got back to me saying it had been delivered, when I then contacted Royal Mail they said they hadnt even put a claim in! So in fact sent me a fraudulent document from Royal Mail!! I then have contacted to say this and the girl on the phone was asking me to sort it out for them!!!!

I bought blonde hair extensions from this store. 1st, they turn pink within days of being in my hair, had not washed them you to spray or anything other on them. Then they turn orange. After contact in the store, they made me buy a product which I took to my hairdresser to use professionally and it still didnt work. I still had orange hair. I asked for my money back that customer service was disgusting. They refused to give me my money back and wanted all the hair back I gave them a strand for them to test them. They never bothered sending it off for testing and never gave me my money back. They denied their hair could change to these colours, but its all over their own website saying it may change green orange or pink. They believe theyre above the law and do not have to follow the law And give a refund when a refund is due I would never buy from this shop ever again. Please be aware

Absolutely amazing customer service from Viola. The quality of tools, rings and hair fantastic. I'm not a hairdresser, I only use the extensions on myself, but I can say that my own hair feels great after taking them off to top up my roots and move the extensions up, rings taken off with no issues, hair and bonds in great shape. I've never experienced shedding. I will definitely re-purchase and will recommend to everyone. Thank you Viola Hair Extensions!

I have been purchasing my i-tip 22 to 24 inch extensions from Viola for 10 years and have to say I'd never try any other brand, they are a huge part of my life and help overcome self confidence issues, and for this alone ill continue to be a faithful customer(although I'm having to save up a lot more these days)xxx
