2 days late for very important occasion!! After 2 days i recieved an email that is being delivered "now" same time as im reading the email and i can find tracking link below: There was no tracking link attached and the flowers were not delivered that day.. because of them im looking really bad surprising the other person with flowers LATE which i bought from another company. PAYED EXTRA ALSO TO GET IT DELIVERED SOONER but still no flowers. I would choose another flower company if i were you. As this one is UNRELIABLE!!! still trying to get my refund, or find out when the flowers will be delivered as nothing is recieved from them..never buy it again

Shambolic service from beginning to end from eflorist. Ive sent numerous messages with no response. Flowers arrived 2 days later than paid for. Arrived in a damaged box and the stems and flowers were far below what was promoted. Theres no number for customer services, live chat is only available for selected hours, and nobody is ever free to speak to. Nobody has the courtesy to reply to me. Im honestly not one to moan for the sake of it but its been genuinely awful. This is supposedly a large bouquet! Dont buy from eflorist, go directly to your local florist - at least theyll care about the business.

Ver bad experience with company. Bought some flowers to be delivered on my friends birthday. However, on the day of the birthday. I received an email saying they were delayed by 2 days. What is the point of flowers on a birthday if they come 2 days later? Then finally when they were delivered by Amazon Shipping, they were delivered to a neighbour and the delivery driver wrote the wrong door number on the card and they are nowhere to be found now. 15 totally wasted. The company should deliver on time especially when they are taking money for special day deliveries. Pathetic!

This company is not good I ordered flowers on th 27th and still not had them and you can't talk to them or the delivery company so they just take your money and forget about you want a way to run a business
