Excellent customer service from affordable access hire. We have been using them for a year now as they are one of the few companies offering avant hire. Lewis is always a pleasure to deal with, he goes above and beyond to supply the machinery, even at short notice. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We began using Affordable Access Hire (AAH) at the end of 2021 as an alternative to a larger machine hire company we had used for many years. We switched to AAH due to cost increases and problems with the machinery we have been hiring. We generally either use the 14/17m tracked booms. AAH are excellent, their customer service is brilliant, their machines are clean and in great working order. The machine is delivered when they say it will be, and collected in the same manner. We hope to build a long standing relationship with AAH and we would have no hesitation in recommending them based on our own experience over the last 6 months or so.

We used their 25m tracked spider platform, after being let down by another operator. Lewis was fantastic. Not only was his platform fairly new and in great order, but his professionalism to ensure that we were completely happy with the machines set up and operation before he left and was on the end of the phone when we needed anything. We will be using Affordable Access Hire from now on with all of our tree surgery platform needs. Highly recommended. (Highclere Tree Works)
