Awful customer service, awful front and back doors. Had them back out to fix the door they poorly installed, they were unable and unwilling to 1. Be on time, 2. Turn up at all and 3. Adequately fix the door. They were due to come back the next week to finish and never did, leaving a box of parts behind. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

New composite back door fitted and looks really good. Installed quickly and old door taken away. Opening around frame trimmed and finished really neatly. Thanks to team EDW. 28 02 2023

The quality of the work to install a replacement front and patio door was appalling. The front door appeared to have been thrown in from the end of the driveway, and then acres and acres of plastic beading used to cover up the mess. Soldier bricks under the glazing were left hanging out (literally), gaps everywhere, interior window sills destroyed, loose screws to the frame and latch, and both doors were installed on a bed of........absolutely nothing. Safe to say it didn't close properly and still doesn't. Patio door installed by the same team was neater, but they somehow manage to install it with the final drainage channel for the whole door completely blocked off by the sill! Fortunately I was so suspicious of being on the end of the ultimate bodge-job I ended up checking the drainage myself with a bottle of water - which turns out was running nowhere except into the base of the door itself... The patio door had to be completely removed and replaced, but the front door was "rectified" by a stream of never ending bodges. After many, many failed attempts to adjust the door hinges, they replaced a perfectly straight door slab with a bowed one and then gave up. Unbelievably, it turned out the owner had also lied directly to my face about being members of the FENSA-equivalent "Certass", so there was no protection from them in place for us either. They had used the "Certass Trade Organisation" logo (a completely different entity, meaningless to consumers) on all the paperwork instead. Unsurprisingly after chasing for a long, long time the promised compliance certificate also never came - leaving us having to recently pay nearly 200 for a regularisation certificate from the council instead. Edit: Quite amazing how an instantaneous response can be given for a google review, yet they ignored any emails for 12 months, including a very recent request to fulfil a verbal promise to pay for our regularisation certificate!
