Brilliant service. Called at 8am having lost a filling the previous day to see if there were any cancellations and was offered an appointment the same day by a very friendly receptionist. Check up and 1 replacement filling done by very nice proficient dentist. Very impressed especially as my last dentist you had to wait months to get an appointment!

Absolutely awful! My 8 year old son had bad toothache and having literally just moved to the area we found this practice via 111. An appt was made and we were told they were next-door to Nationwide. In fact they are not next door and are on the 2nd floor so had great difficulty finding it. I had to ask a member of the public to show me. We arrived 6 mins late having explained that we struggled to find them. No empathy, no polite manners just a point blank No you are late and therefore no appointment. I tried to explain about the signage, the fact it was not next door to Nationwide and that we were very sorry but they didn't give a damn. I cannot believe they allowed me to leave with a clearly distressed 8 year old boy in considerable pain!
