The reception team were welcoming and very friendly. The dentist I had was lovely, she put me at ease and explained my treatment options well and in detail. Would definitely recommend this dental practice.

Very good atmosphere. Lovely receptionists. Never been to a more lovely and thorough dentist. Had a filling with no injection or needles and there was near to no pain involved

Unprofessional and shambolic management with young inexperienced dentists who lack the required standards of a practise. My 6 year old son received terrible service. He had a tooth that needed extracting and had been in allot of pain. We had several last minute cancellations and were messed around on appointments. The last straw was when the young dentists was essentially too frightened to take the tooth out. Oh while im st it - why on earth would ot be a good idea to show my child the needle you are putting in his mouth to inject him??!! TERRIBLE!!!The practise then tried to make out my son was too distressed so he would have to go under general anesthetic to have it out. The manager (Marie) was unwilling to to listen to me and refused to send across the x-ray and notes when I requested them despite knowing it may have affected my son having his tooth out. She kept quoting 28 days notice. But we overcame the complete incompetence and lack of care. We took my son to another dentist who took the tooth out with no issues. Do not take your child here if its more than just a checkup. Go to a proper pratise with experienced dentists.
