One of favs cooperative shops in Romsey area, unfortunately today Ms Kay was unpleasant. I have left shop with big question mark, why asking for bag is so huge issue and why customer service hasnt packed my shopping in that bag, I dont have to ask for simple things. Not trying to be rude but honest, I like spending equal time in shops and keep smily face after. Already rang to manager using google shop description.
