Disappointed with their service. My sister Ordered 2 primary jumpers 3/4 weeks ago told us it would be 2 weeks to come in, so go to collect 2 weeks later and still not in stock obviously not their fault but wasnt offered exchange or refund etc (not helpful) so thought we would just get a v neck jumper for now to tied us by and collect jumpers later, a week later still no jumpers so at this point we need another jumper so I go in to buy another jumper and get refund on the 2 jumpers weve ordered as dont need them now as to much time had a passed hes started school and have bought alternate jumpers from the store which will do. was met with very unhelpful service the guy literally had the order form in his hands all he needed to do was refund for the two jumpers he cant get so I could then buy the jumpers they do have! I have now forked out for 4 jumpers at this store when only need two and have only received two. Could of at least offered an exchange rather than making me buy the two jumpers they do have while the others have not arrived and havent arrived on time for him to start school so dont need them now. Waste of time and money just needed a bit more helpful service rather than wasting our money

Very friendly and helpful staff. Recently brought my sons new secondary school uniform from here. Changing rooms in shop.
