        I love Nationwide and have been with them for 15+ years but this is branch has made me consider leaving. For the last two months whenever I go to the counter to deposit loose change I've saved, I am always given the dirtiest look and I feel like I am not even being acknowledged - I'm being made to feel like I'm being a nuisance being dealt with. I try not to take it personally as I understand that the person at the counter might not be having the best day and I'm not expecting a conversation but after two months of this, it is quite upsetting.

        I went to open two savings accounts for my two children and the staff there were very polite, efficient and offered excellent service. They made the whole process so easy! Great location too
