Badminton HQ

Disappointing experience: - The refund was calculated incorrectly and as customer I have to hight that is a big surprise. Never faced this with any other retailer. - Shoe size was smaller than normal size, though it is mentioned in once corner of description but I think that important part of information should be on the face - Though I was interested in an exchange but it would have costed me return postage. I feel exchange should be waived off. Would not recommend to anyone.

I honestly don't like writing any bad reviews about any business as it can be peoples livelihood. But the service from Badminton HQ has been poor. I brought a badminton racket for my daughter as a present, within 10mins of play the string broke, the quality is so poor. when I contacted Badminton HQ customer service they emailed me with there warranty policy and advised they cant do nothing. I had the racket for a day and used once for 10mins. Please stay away from Badminton HQ there are better providers for sure.
