Absolutely atrocious behaviour from the lady that served me just now. Made me wait while she was on the phone and she couldnt even apologise for keeping me waiting. I mistakenly ordered a 6 but wanted a foot long which I apologised for and she said something under her breath which I couldnt understand. Once I paid for the food she didnt say anything and walked off and went to the next customer.

The attitude of the man serving was abominable. Sooo rude! When we turned up he said angrily For goodness sake I can never clean then he stamped angrily around & made the sandwiches slumping the food into the baguettes. He didnt cut the baguettes properly. This took place at 4pm 24/9/22
