Have been chasing them for over 3 weeks to quote us for a new boiler as they came very highly recommended by my husbands boss and they claim to have sent 2 engineers to our property on 2 separate occasions but we weren't there . They have never called us to let us know that they're on their way or what time they would visit. I think it's just common courtesy to let someone know before you visit them that you are going to visit their property. Then I was told the engineer was on holiday and returning to work today ie. MONDAY. The receptionist they'd call us to fix a visit today but no call and When I finally called them today i was met with a rude no we don't want to do your job. Very unprofessional turning away business like that and treating prospective customers like that. Luckily Southampton has hundreds of very good plumbers and we will be fine. What a waste of time though.

My telephone call was answered immediately. I advised them I needed a plumber but not urgently. Efficient and well mannered plumber arrived within two days. Job done.

This would of been the 3rd time we have used TS Plumbing and to be fair its not been great service on any occasion 1st visit was to install new boiler system went ok until end of the day Nigel the guy that was completing the install couldnt wait to get out the door fast enough he did not run us through the controls properly, he gave us a brief description then gave us the manual and said look in here if you need to know more, then when he left on going into the kitchen it was like a bomb site dust everywhere and solder melted into carpet and worktops, 2nd visit this was to do a boiler service they did not turn up at the correct time then I had to phone and rearrange for another day as it was now teatime, so about 1 week later its attempt 2 for its 1st service again it was Nigel and yet again he was over 3hours late but I got him to do the service as we needed it done 3rd visit now I know what your thinking why get them back again but I believe in local trades and they are down the road plus know the system but yet again 1st attempt over 4.5hrs late so rescheduled for the following week (today) slot of 12-1pm came and went so finally after a couple of attempts to ring I finally get through @1550 and ask whats going on with our service to be told hes just finishing off his last job then will be to you, so at this point I just cancelled and will look elsewhere for a decent reputable tradesman that turns up on time and keeps you fully informed if theres any issues. ONLY USE TS PLUMBING IF YOU WANT A MESSY HOUSE AND TIMEWASTERS Service: Heating system maintenance
