        Amazing produce from this wonderful company. So good that we arranged a subscription for a monthly box. The trout is delivered direct and in an extremely fresh condition (in insulated, recyclable packaging) This is a company who really do care - not only about their produce but also for the natural environment.         Recently purchased my first whole trout from Chalk Stream. The fish tastes lovely and doesnt have a muddy taste to it as you do tend to get with trout sometimes. Happy with the service provided and will become a regular customer for all my fish requirements going forward.
