Graham arrived promptly to do our air leakage test, and explained what happened as he set up his test equipment. We were wanting to know how leaky our house was, since although its not draughty we are trying to reduce our heating bills. The result was pretty good for a 50s house which wasnt designed for airtightness. Then Graham moved to helping us find our where the leaks were. He left the fan running while we went around feeling the draught rushing out of each room. So now we know where to start with tape, mastic and builders foam. Grahams best advice was to fill the whole of the hole! I have already recommended this test to friends.

BuildPass visited our Village Hall in Buriton (Hampshire) and undertook a very useful assessment of sustainability and energy efficiency. Their report contains a wide range of findings with advice about measures and prioritisation that can be considered to optimise choices for cost savings, CO2 savings etc in the short, medium and longer term. It was very helpful and just what we needed.
