Brentwood Road Supermarket

Zero customer service here especially for the Yodel Collect+ service. On the unfortunate occasions I have had to return parcels here I have been: A) shouted at in front of other customers for not printing a return label, despite having a print at store code. This shop is advertised as having print at store facilities - they do not! Really intimidating and embarrassing experience, and B) Left completely ignored for a considerable amount of time whilst the man behind the counter faffed with his cigarette display. Would have left had it not been the last day to return my items.

Guy behind the counter has 0 manners. A customer in front of me paid for goods with his card and then walked out. I then went to pay for my item and the guy behind the counter suddenly ran out of the shop because the previous customer's card declined. When he came back in he started insulting me, saying that I distracted him and that it was my fault for being impatient when I didn't even do anything and that I should know how to 'act in a public place'. Ridiculous behaviour, I will never go to this place again and strongly suggest that you don't either.
