I asked for my keys to be cut on a printed key, I was told no and that it wasnt possible even though Ive had the same key cut onto a printed key before. Took it to another branch and it was cut onto a print with no problem. I felt rushed, not listened to and the man seeing to me was quite frosty. Giving 3* as the plain keys he cut work but unfortunately I had to go elsewhere to have them done how I first requested.

I had to visit as the heel tip had come off my boot while I was out and about and this was the closest shop repair shop. It's located in the Liberty Shopping Centre going straight past Next and is located in the tunnel area which connects to the other side of the shopping centre. It's a larger sized shop with a wide counter, they offer the usual services such as key cutting, engraving and locksmiths. They also sell walking sticks, insoles and a variety of shoe repair products. The two gentlemen who were there were friendly and polite and were able to repair my heel on the spot. I paid 12 to re-heel both boots. I have plenty more shoes to re-heel so I will be going back soon.
