Andy teaches my daughter and son (7 & 10) piano and has been doing so over a year. The kids love him and enjoy his teaching. He is thorough, punctual, well mannered and firm in his teachings.

From the very first lesson, Andy listened to what I wanted to gain from my piano lessons and encouraged me to guide the direction of his teaching. Andy's regular constructive feedback continues to motivate me in my learning, giving advice on my general longer-term progress as well as on individual pieces. The kind of supportive environment in which he teaches is precisely what I looked for in a piano teacher, and I'm delighted I chose to learn with him. Andy has been teaching me 11 year old son piano for the last couple of years and he now plays at a very high standard and to his potential, having achieved distinctions so far in his grading's. Andy is a highly professional and talented musician and teacher who displays great commitment, passion and patience within his role. He is fun and relates to people of all ages and is very dear to us. We cannot recommend or rate him highly enough.
