        Can book a cut,bath, and full groom online, but can't book a nail clip online. You have to call them directly, then when you do, the phone just rings out! You can leave a message with your contact number but don't hold your breath on hmthem returning your call.Yiu will wait days.

        Had both my appointments canceled for not paying deposits when I go to phone them up to pay for deposits they send me to voice mail then send text messages to call same number and never call back. useless company
