Very good service from the start. One Lady very helpful she said that we need an appointment to get the glasses but we did not know however she did end up being very helpful and giving us the glasses. Very good quality glasses. Overall very good glasses

I did research before choosing this branch of VE for my first eye test, and I wasnt disappointed. The online booking process was straightforward and I got the appointment at the convenient time. On the day I was greeted by very professional, friendly and helpful staff. The branch looks very smart and is very well equipped. There was no waiting time. The eye tests were done professionally, with plenty of feedback. I was helped by a very knowledgeable member of staff in selecting frames and types of lenses. She explained my purchase options and I chose the 2 year care plan, which is an excellent value, as it offers 20% discount and no charge for eye test. My new specs arrived a few days later and were adjusted to fit well. After a week of using my office glasses I wasnt completely satisfied with the lenses so returned to the branch, where I was offered alternative lenses, at no additional cost. Excellent! All in all, a very positive experience and I will definitely be staying with this branch. Recommended.
