        My daughter broke her glasses and I was asking for assistance to see whether they could mend her glasses and I also asked for a copy of her prescription. The assistant manager ignored my question about whether they could mend my daughters glasses and was rude towards me telling me I would have to wait as she was not allowed to leave the shop floor. She then served two other customers and was very polite and respectful to them. I am disgusted with the level of service, aftercare and treatment received. I would not recommend Boots opticians to anyone.
