Absolutely dreadful customer service! I didnt have an appointment, and was turned away. I normally always go for walk ins to have my nails done, this time I wasnt so fortunate. Nevermind, I understood, so I asked for the next available appointment. The young lady was looking at her iPad constantly, and then answered not until tomorrow evening but then again I have to check with the booking person so I dont think or sure that appointment is free. I asked for another day- again just boxed me off and not gave me a straight answer. Was then advised to go on Instagram and make a booking - I tried and the answering service on there is shocking bad! What if you dont even have an Instagram account? The bad thing is that they dont even have a phone number to call if you Google their shop. Luckily enough, another mail shop nearby was accompanying when I called up and had my nails done. Never will come here again.it wasnt as if I came in late and the lady looked to be free as she had no one in the seat.
