I have purchased mobility equipment, wheelchairs and batteries etc, over the years and the staff here are always so helpful, and knowledgeable about products, going above and beyond, I would highly recommend.

Went to this shop a few months back and spoke with the lad there about scooters, really nice guy and very helpful however the woman was a nightmare, clearly we were having difficulty standing with walking sticks and having to wait for ages so in the end asked if I could sit down on the chair that had bags on it, so yesterday I needed a part so I rang the shop..got the same woman, clearly explained the part needed and she seemed to think it was a bit if a laugh and giggle? I asked do they not. Service and repair and she said yes and would ask..came back still laughing and giggling saying he has no idea what part I'm asking for so told me just to say no we don't have it and can't get parts still having a little joke about it, unbelievable attitude and can only hope if she is made disabled and has to depend on a disabled scooter to get around that someone can treet her the same and see how she feels, called another shop who were very helpful and sent the plug part which arrived next day for 18 no laughing or joking and very professional customer lost
