TIME

I brought a dress from this shop. Had it on for one night. Was worried about washing it as it had silver fringes. Looked at the label and it said dry clean only. So had it dry cleaned and the dress was stripped of all silver. Manager was rude abrupt and refused exchange or refund, even tho I had receipts and dry cleaners letter. Think this happens a lot in this shop. As they must call security a lot to get rid of you. And the security could see I had all evidence of being sold a product that I had followed the guidelines and was not fit for purpose and refused to remove me from the shop. This is wrong that they point blank refuse exchange or refund in this shop regardless. I will be taking them to a smalls claims court out of principle.

Okay so I went in the fitting room with my friend to try 3 items each and there was no one at the fitting room entrance so we just went in and after 1-2 mins the woman that works there came all shouting saying why did we go in the fitting room and then she came to the fitting room and opened the curtains while my friend was naked trying to try something on and she came in saying let me see the items and how many you took also she raised her voice when she was in the wrong and also when you walk in the shop they start following you around as if your trying to steal and they are very unprofessional, bad customer service DEFINITELY DONT RECOMEND IT AND FURTHER ACTIONS SHOULD BE TAKEN ACCORDINGLY!!! Such behaviour should not be tolerated and faced by any customer !!!

So rude to customers . They lie give you dirty looks.. they don't like to give people there money back .. told me I had worn the jacket even tho it had tags on and was a gift and was far too big for me .. then they tell me they will do it this once and to not come back.. I won't be coming back treating people like that.. awful service
