They were really helpful this morning had a new iPad delivered but didnt realise sim would have to be put in by me and at the moment my hands cant do it lovely young man sorted it all for me thank you

Unfortunately, my experience with this branch is not a pleasant one. I went to collect an order made online with O2 where I was clearly informed that I could collect this order on the same day as the ordered product was in stock only that at the entrance I was met by a member of staff Khan where without checking my order details he told me in hurry this order is not ready. I asked him to check the details and miraculously the order was ready for collection. The customer service of this employee should be refreshed especially when the interlocutor speaks to you politely and is patient.

Khan and the staff were very helpful Had to threaten to take e e to ofcom So frankly, anythingvapart from E E would be an improvement

Went in there to sort out a problem with my new Samsung s23 plus phone,so helpful and polite and they sorted out the problem, immediatelyabsolutely first class
