had my ear pierced (thirds done) 3 weeks 3 days ago, absolute joke the cleaning lotion for your ears doesnt work, at the back of one of my ears is sorta infected now have to use salt water to help this has never happened to me before when i got my seconds done they was just fine. wouldnt recommend coming here go to an actual piercing shop if your going to get ur ears pierced

It's a bit of a mess today in store, but sometimes that can not be helped if customers have no respect. There were only 2 staff on shift that I saw, and one of them was busy with a new piercing... therefore, the other had to serve at the tills, leaving no one to manage to store or help customers. It is a Saturday, so this might reflect the numbers of customers making the store busy, but the business should have at least another staff available. The stores are all relevantly small.... so it's difficult to manoeuvre within.... especially if you're pushing a pram or if you're a wheelchair user

The shop has a lovely, super friendly lady as a manager. We picked an item up and she called our attention to that we actually can get 3 items for the same price as they were included in the sale offer. Her smile and kindness just made a difference! Thank you
