Enquired about an incase hardshell for MacBook air M2, was told the price is 79. That's 24 more than buying it from an apple store, absolute rip off !. The member of staff who served me was also totally disinterested in her job.

Walk in, I'm the only customer in the store. . Two sales assistants and a friend just sit and chat. No recognition. Friends leaves. Asked for help. Assistant went to check stock. Came back. Started to chat to other assistant again. Had to ask again. I just gave up and walked out. Visited 6/12/22 Tuesday.

Absolutely awful. They lie and deceive you. Buy straight from Apple. Horrible customer service. I brought an Apple MacBook Air on Thursday and its no good for me. Nothing fills the whole screen and everything is too small. I phoned Apple who said all their products are covered with a 14 day no questions asked policy even when the item is sold through an Apple representative like select. Select wouldnt even listen to me and even lied about their own policies. Which say on the receipt that you can return an opened product and would just loose 15% of the original cost. Even this they denied. Maybe cause Im disabled they thought they could lie about their own policies and procedures. We phoned another select store in London the next closest one to us and they said brig it to us and we will refund it. We drove for 2 hours to get there just to then be told nope it has to be the same store you brought it from. Select just think its ok to lie and deceive people. This has caused so much stress and physical pain going all over trying to resolve this. And I cant even find a number or email for complaints for head office.
