        The poundstretcher has now moved into the old pound shop(by the taxi rank Romford). The staff are more polite, the shop is a little smaller, but not bad

        Not really worth going into. B&M and Home Bargains just a few yards away have items of much better quality and value. To be honest even shops which don't claim to be discount stores are probably better! Beware of any special offers. Original prices are often inflated.

        It's bearable in the week when there are not many punters about as the one till scenario can deal with it. Today the person on the till had to call someone as they wanted a refund. Massive queue and the person who tried to sort the refund could not. I just left my stuff and left as it was going nowhere. It's the 3rd of December and a Saturday, make sure all your tills are operational.
