        I went into Tui in Romford today to book myself and my husbands holiday to Mexico, I spoke to a lovely lady called Nicci, who helped us pick the perfect destination for our anniversary, she spoke about all the different excursions that you can do. She was very professional and helpful. Would come back to book with her again.

        Thank you so so much to Nicole Barton at tui romford Essex branch, who went above and beyond to help us get something back as a good will jesture for a change in flight which has delayed us as now getting home near midnight and having to pay extra money for taxi and loss of wage, thank you again outstanding service from Lisa & Dean.
