Contacted Heh and got a visit same day. Danny was very informative and gave all relevant answers to what we had asked. They gave us an installation date and time and were prompt on the day of installation. We needed the boiler fitted in a new area which was done immaculately. They were very friendly and helpful as after the installation was finished they tested it and realised our gas pressure was not what it should be. They contacted the gas board who arrived within the hour. They waited for the gas board team to arrive to make sure everything was okay before departing. I moved into my property (needing much renovating) 4 years ago and I was in instant need of a new boiler coming into winter. After a quick Google search i happened upon HEH, i was instantly impressed with how quickly Danny got round to talk me through options and provide a quote. A new Hi Flow combi boiler was quickly installed by an excellent team with all of the boiler, tank and associated pipe work removed. Since then HEH have provided servicing of the boiler and rerouting of gas pipework when required. all work done has been to an excellent standard. recently a major part of the project took place, moving the boiler from it a temporary position in the old kitchen to its permanent position in the new utility room. first the boiler was relocated, the pipework for the boiler could only be described as artwork. After I had the gas meter moved into the same room, Danny came round to quote me again, this time for redirecting the water main and adding an outside tap and limescale reducer. As always, HEH came through for me, understanding about project timescales they got to me quickly, the lads worked hard in bad conditions to get everything done. My overall experience of HEH has been great and i would fully recommend them to anyone.

For our boiler replacement from the very start I have had a positive experience with HEH. Firstly, It was good to have someone (Alison) who was at the end of the phone and who responded to emails within a couple of hours of me sending them. She answered every question and I knew I was dealing with a professional company (unlike some of the other people/ companies I got in to do comparative quotes). Being a local company too I knew that if anything went wrong it would be dealt with swiftly. Danny came to do the survey and gave me every confidence this would be a good experience. On installation day the two installers - Mike and Toby - had, as requested, taken CoVid tests without quibble. They turned up at the given time and with a cheerful attitude. Even though the two day timeline was given (in case of an issue) they worked diligently through the day and were finished by the afternoon. Their work was impressive and they were also able to answer any questions I had. The whole installation experience was an easy and as pleasant as these can be and inconvenience was minimal. Even after installation I had good communication from Alison. Apart from the high level of professionalism everyone I dealt with - Alison. Danny, Mike and Toby - were all extremely friendly. We will be using HEH for our annual boiler checks for the positive reasons stated. I would have no hesitation in recommending HEH to any family or friends who are having boilers replaced.
